The naked man pictured above has been spotted roaming the streets of Abuja with 3 fully clothed kids who are probably his children. According to sources, he was spotted around the Federal Secretariat in the FCTA trying to cross the major roads with the kids. No one has been able to identify him or the children. God, please take absolute control of this situation, this is very worrisome.
