His name is Tonik, a poodle-shih tzu mix that is up for adoption at Homeland Bound Pet Rescue in Mishawaka, Indiana. According to Petfinder, Tonik came to homeland Bound Animal Welfare Group from a Kill Shelter in Kentucky. He was due to be put down when he was rescued just in time. Now, the two-year-old is patiently waiting and hoping that someone with a good heart will adopt him.
The Mishawaka, Indiana rescue center describes Tonik as a “very sweet boy who is trying to figure things out and enjoy people”. They are asking for a donation of $250 for Tonik who is micro-chipped, groomed and has a clean bill of health. The center added that Tonik is good with other dogs and not dangerous, but unsuitable for families with young children. He will also need a home with lots of patience and good energy. Someone should please show this dog some love by adopting him. The look on his face is worrisome.
