Jessica Tata Bag 80 Solid Years In Jail For Murder.

Tata is a 24-year-old Nigerian-American who used to own a Childcare center in her Texas home in U.S. She was found guilty of murder of children left in her care and was sentenced to 80 solid years imprisonment.

Prosecutors said that on February 24, 2011, Tata left a pan of oil on the stove top cooking while she went shopping at a nearby store, and left the children unattended. 16-month-old Elias Castillo and three other toddlers died after Tata left them unsupervised.

Eight witnesses testified for Tata during the punishment phase of trial and twenty-two witnesses testified for prosecution, citing that Tata ran an unclean facility where soiled diapers and vomit were scattered on the floor. neighbours testified they heard the children crying during the fire incident, and their attempts to rescue them were unsuccessful.

Tata fled to Nigerian after the incident, but was hunted down and brought back to U.S. in March 2011. She was specifically tried for the death of 16-month-old Elias Castillo, the youngest victim. Her attorneys said she never intended to hurt the children who were killed.

It took jurors eight hours to decide on punishment. She also faces additional felony counts and other charges in relation to the other children killed and injured in the blaze. There were seven children when the fire started, 4 died and 3 survived. She will be eligible for parole in 30 years. She was also ordered to pay a $10.000 fine.

'Flipping Butt': When Implant Goes Horribly Wrong.

This is exactly what happens when implant goes wrong. I think some things are better left the way God made them.
The picture shows an absurd bulge in a woman’s buttock apparently caused when a botched silicone implant ‘flipped inside out’. Instead of a smooth, plump appearance, the implant popped out and left protruding in an unpleasant looking disc shape at the back of her cheek.
In a clip below, you can see the woman slowly manipulating it back into place. She explains “This is my implant flipping backwards”, ‘I don,t think an implant supposed to do that’. She went further to say “It shouldn’t be able to flip”. Shouldn’t be able to flip? You don’t know that your body automatically detects foreign objects and most times would fight ‘tooth and nail’ to spit it out. That’s where flipping around comes in.

Aubry’s face looks terribly bruised after he had a squabble with French actor [Olivier Martinez],  at Halle Berry’s home in Los Angeles on Thanksgiving day. As if that wasn’t enough, he was subsequently arrested on suspicion of battery.

Aubry suffered a broken rib and serious face contusions…….including an unpleasant swollen shiner. Martinez injured his hand in the fight which landed both of them in the hospital. Aubry is currently released on $20,000 bail, while a judge issued a protective order to keep him 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier and Nahla.

According to TMZ, Halle Berry is now rolling around with escorts and bodyguards. I think Aubry needs to think about his career before engaging in any fight because, as a model, once that face is damaged…….I wonder? I feel bad for him, he looks pretty bad. Also, it looks like both men needs some anger management.
