Brazil’s Miss Bum Bum pageant has crowned 24 year-old Erika Canela of Bahia as it’s First Black Winner at the grand finale of it’s sixth annual competition, which took place on November 9, 2016. Canela, a model and Samba queen, was compensated with about $14,900 in prize money, a modeling contract and the opportunity to make millions of pounds in product endorsements. She succeeded Suzy Cortez, officially earning the title of the best derriere in Brazil.
