As shared by a Facebook user, ‘Comrade Osiki Odion, ‘Manhood‘ is one of the most celebrated culture by the people of Iuleha-land in Uzebba, located in Edo State, Nigeria. These pictures were taken at the event which took place on October 29th. There are other ceremonies where young women go topless, such as ‘oukhu[burial of a prominent person or centenarian], and when they host August visitors. Cultural preservation is very good because it’s what distinguishes us from others, so people should strive to preserve theirs.
