It’s a complete joke for any of their members to take his or her own life via suicide believing that it will end there. The family will beat the hell off the corpse according to tradition to vent their anger and as a deterrent to anyone considering such option, i guess. The beating in this video took place in Shikoye village located in Shirere sub county of Kakamega county, Kenya. The dead man identified as 36-year-old Nimrod Alusiola reportedly committed suicide by hanging himself, and that aggravated his family members who took turns to torture his corpse. Well, suicide, especially by hanging is considered an abomination in many African countries, so it’s understandable.
