Stephanie Rose who was born a man named Dapo Adaralegbe and currently lives in Amsterdam as a female, took to her Facebook page a few days ago to treat her fans with her new acquired vagina. She obviously underwent ‘ Penile Inversion Vaginoplasty’, which is a reconstructive surgical procedure for creating a neovagina, in other words, a surgery to remove the penis he was born with.
