Little Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, the newest member of Britain’s royal family was christened on July 5th in a modest ceremony. The ceremony took place at a church in her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II’s estate known as St. Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham, England. Princes Diana was baptized in the same church in 1961.
The nine-week old princess who bears both her grandmother and great-grandmother’s names, is fourth in line to the British throne, after her grandfather, Prince Charles; her father; and then her older brother.
