A prison inmate at Welikada jail in Colombo, Sri Lanka, got busted sometime this week, after he attempted to hide a smuggled cell phone in his rectum. According to Agence France-Presse report, the 58-year-old prisoner had concealed the phone, along with a hands free headset, in his body cavity. Prisoners are not allowed to have cell phones, so the guy tried to hide his when unexpected search was conducted in his cell.
The phone was discovered when the phone started ringing inside his butt. Prison guards knew he had a phone at the wrong end.
An X-ray of the prisoner taken in a local hospital reveals the phone and its headset relaxing in the prisoner’s rectum. No further information on what happened to the phone. Unfortunately, that was one of the worst timed phone call ever.
