Goldie Was Legally Married To Andrew Harvey Before Her Death

A man named – Andrew Harvey has emerged as
Goldie’s husband. Mr. Harvey shared some photos of childhood, wedding and
Memories of Late Nigerian Pop Star on his Facebook page. Andrew’s message to Prezzo – “leave our
family to grieve in peace” via his Facebook page.

In his interview with TheNetNG, Andrew a former expatriate in the oil
and telecommunications industries in Nigeria and is currently based in
Malaysia, confirmed the following

v That he met Goldie at a friend’s party in
Nigeria and the love connection was instant
v That they got married in December 2005
v That they  were legally married until her death.
v That Goldie’s “relationship” with Prezzo was
just for TV – “Prezzo was part of BBA game, just like in the movies, there was
nothing to fear“
v That Goldie had no preexisting medical condition
v That Goldie was already a British Citizen before
they met (she lived and schooled there) while he was in the process of working
on his Nigerian citizenship
v That he spent the most
recent Christmas holiday together with Goldie in Malaysia
v That he and Goldie were still together and spoke
on the day she passed away – 14th February 2013

compilation “SKIBOBO” in which she featured “AY” another talented artiste from
Tanzania.
The Big Brother
Africa 2012 Celebrity participant and 3rd runner up had set a personal goal to
become the most widely recognized female recording artiste in Africa this year,
not knowing that death was imminent. We can still keep her spirit alive by spreading
her message through her music. What God did with Goldie was to ‘take a special
flower’ and put in his garden.

I have seen “Gangnam Style”, but this “Harlem Shake” is something else and it’s really taking the Internet by storm. It is the latest dance craze sweeping the nation – from offices, morning shows, mechanic workshops, beauty salon and many more. It starts off slow and escalates into a huge dance show. It has different versions.

Originally, Harlem shake referred to a dance that began in excellent guess — Harlem, New York back in 1981. It has its roots in an Ethiopian dance, “Eskista.”

It is difficult to
believe that Nigerian Pop star and former BBA, 2012 contestant –  Susan
Oluwabimpe Harvey is dead. I saw her picture at the 2013 Grammy award few days
ago, and she was so full of life. She died today in Lagos shortly after
returning from U.S.A. She slumped at her home and was rushed to Reddington
Hospital Victoria Island, Lagos where she was pronounced dead shortly. May her
sweet soul R.I.P.

Topless Activists of the Women’s Movement FEMEN, protest against the Pope Benedict XVI who announced his resignation recently. The women from Ukraine feminist group had their chest and backs decorated with the words “Pope No More.” They did not explain their action except that they are “provocateurs” celebrating Pope Benedict XVI’s decision to resign later this month.They took visitors at Paris’ Notre Dame Cathedral aback on Tuesday by disrobing in public, chanting “Bye bye Benedict” and “No more homophobe”. They banged bells with sticks and sported slogans on their bare chests which reads “Crisis of faith” and “Pope no more”. The women said they were also protesting in support of gay marriage.

around the world observe ‘Ash Wednesday’ today, marking the first day of Lent –
period of fasting, prayer and repentance based on the 40 days Jesus spent
fasting in the desert. The name ‘Ash Wednesday was derived from the practice of
placing ashes on the foreheads of believers in the sign of cross as a reminder
of human mortality, and as a sign of mourning and repentance to God. The
worshippers retain the ashes until it wears off. Lent ends with celebration of
Easter. This is just a reminder that a lot of people will be walking around
with ashes imposed on their foreheads today.

The Leader Of Roman Catholic Church Resigns

Pope Benedict XVI waves as he leaves after the mass in St.Peter's Basilica to mark the 900th anniversary of the Order of the Knights of Malta, on February 9, 2013 at the Vatican.

The leader of Roman Catholic Church – Pope Benedict XVI announced
on Monday that he will resign on February 28, 2013. The 85-year-old is
reportedly stepping down because of his advanced age and deteriorating health,
he cannot continue anymore. So far, no specific health condition or outside
pressure contributed to his decision. The Vatican City spokes person announced
that there’s going to be a new Pope before Easter. He told church leaders that
with his age the responsibilities of the  job is overwhelming. 
This decision
makes him the first pope to resign since the middle ages. Pope Benedict XVI
became Pope in 2005 following the death of Pope John Paul II.

below:

Carrying out the duties of being pope required “both strength
of mind and body,” it said.
“After having repeatedly examined my conscience before God, I
have come to the certainty that my strengths, due to an advanced age, are no
longer suited to an adequate exercise of the Petrine ministry,” the
pontiff’s statement said.
The choice was a
“decision of great importance” for the church, the statement added.
