Beautiful and Elegant Frances Udukwu Wins the First Miss Nigeria USA Beauty Pageant
Beautiful and exceptionally brilliant Frances Udukwu who represented Cross River State, took home the crown after an unbeatable DJ performance as her talent, which brought the crowd on their feet.
Runners-up were Olutosin Araromi [1st, representing Lagos], Wuraola Kolawole [2nd, representing Ekiti], Vanessa Afogho [3rd, representing Edo] and Junaid Damilola [4th, representing Sokoto].
The event was graced with appearances by Beyonce’s stylist Ty- Hunter, music artist Banky Wellington and America’s Next Top Model and judge Bianca Golden.
Ms. Udukwu, a 25-year-old a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Health care Systems Management from Temple University; and a career in Health Care consulting beat 17 other young women to emerge 1st winner of the coveted Miss Nigeria USA pageant crown. She was crowned by Miss Africa USA 2014 Meron Wudneh. The competition took place at the Alvin Ailey Theater, in New York City, on Saturday May 23rd. The Miss Nigeria USA Pageant was founded by Joy Ikedinma Jacob in 2014 by a service oriented humanitarian and a young leader with a mission to display the richness and cultural ethnic values within the Nigerian Community in New York.
The pageant’s aim is to be recognized as a leading world organization that empowers young women and supports them towards achieving their individual goals as they promote their culture.

A Nurse Accused of killing a New York Toddler under Her Care Pleads 'Not Guilty.'
A New York Licensed Practical Nurse who is originally from Nigeria, was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly killing a disabled toddler under her care.The deceased toddler’s grandmother hired 54-year-old Oluyemisi Adebayo to look after her disabled grandchild. Adebayo was accused of submerging the disabled child in a 130 degree water for 30 seconds on April 21, 2015. The victim was said to have died of thermal injuries to 50% of her body on Monday the 25th of April 2015, 3 days after doctors performed an emergency life-saving surgery on her.
The suspect, Oluyemisi Adebayo told police detectives that she noticed Naomi Mondesire’s leg was peeling off after she placed her in bath water but police faulted her claim during their interrogation session due to inconsistency.
“My client is a nurse with two children. She did test the water. My client understands what is involved in this matter, someone who has been a nurse for the past 19 years understands what it means to take care of a child,” Adebayo’s Attorney stated.
The suspect was arrested on Wednesday at about 7am while attempting to flee the US to board a flight to Nigeria days after the fatal incident.
Adebayo is being held without bail and is due back in court on May 15. If convicted, she faces up to 25 years to life in prison.

The “America’s Got Talent” host recently got a new massive tattoo just to completely cover up his former ‘Mariah’ tattoo. The latest tattoo covers his entire back, featuring a dove, a crucifixion scene, and two cherubs that are meant to represent his twins with Mariah Carey[Monroe and Morroco], according to TMZ.
Cannon infamously had “MARIAH” inked on to his upper back as a wedding gift in Carey’s honor in 2008. The couple separated last year after six years of marriage, and Cannon began covering it up since last fall.

No come dey frown face as if you be winche. As you don hear Lucifer now, e dey be you like make you take off? Sometimes I wonder, What’s really is in a name.
Yea! Sometimes a name could be such a big deal. Am sure you’ve heard the phase “As pious as a Pope”, but sometimes some of the Popes ain’t all that, abi? As gentle and peaceful as Jesus, who really thought his followers Love and tolerance.
Now,when you hear the name Lucifer nko? All negative things come to mind, like demons, Satan, evil, wickedness, name it. However, such mindset is as laughable as it is ridiculous and nonsensical.
Now, let me bring light to the hidden things of darkness. The task is a laborious one but it is neither impracticable nor useless, just a way of sharing this Truth on somethings hidden by the darkness of prejudice and ignorance.
The ignorant erroneously believes that Lucifer = Satan, has struck its roots too deep in the soil of blind faith, to allow many people to bravely, boldly, and unashamedly accept the true origins and true nature of what the so-called Lucifer actually is. Those who attempt to do so are always bound to be immediately labelled as “satanists” and “devil worshippers” like Us, by a certain class of Christian, those whose trademark characteristics invariably tend to be wilful ignorance and mental laziness.
It has indeed become a “branded name,” one which still automatically conjures up the image of an anthropomorphic devil even in the minds of the most hardened atheists. Haba, e don do.
Consider these few points.
“Lucifer” literally means Lightbringer, Lightbearer, Bringer of Dawn, Shining One, or Morning Star. The word has no other meaning. Historically and astronomically. The word “Lucifer” occurs only once in the entire Bible. This is in Isaiah 14:12, which says: “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!” Those who read this verse in its actual context will clearly see that the sentence is applied specifically to a certain Babylonian king who was an enemy in war of the Israelites.
Christianity does not have a monopoly on the term “Lucifer” nor on its definition. The Christian concept and definition of the term “Lucifer” is merely the latest in a long line of definitions and interpretations of this pre-Christian-term
All of this, so f*ing what Charly?
Christians who claim that Lucifer is the devil actually have no Biblical basis or authority for such a belief. Though they may claim to be “Bible believing Christians” whose faith is built solely on “the Word of God” they are actually followers – in this and many other respects – of Christian religious tradition and not of the Christian Bible. Or have they quietly conferred divine infallibility upon their Pastors, Prayer warriors, and Man of God.
Yes, I am Lucifer and am Proud.

Indigenous People of Biafra Opens an Embassy in Victoria, Spain.
Biafra Embassy has allegedly been established in Victoria, Spain. The Embassy which was set up by the collective effort of ‘Indigenous People of Biafra’ [IPOB], was opened on February 28 by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Director of Radio Biafra, London. “It is another milestone in our drive towards Biafra’s restoration,” said a Radio Biafra broadcast from London monitored in Lagos by News Express.
During a prayer at the event, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu said: “We your children are gathered here in Victoria Basque country O’Lord of Hosts, to do that which you have divinely mandated us to do. Today here in Northern Spain we open yet another chapter in this relentless effort to restore your kingdom upon the face of this earth. For the journey mercies you have granted us from all over the world here gathered we remain eternally grateful. From all over the world we have come to establish a firm base in this land from where your will must be done. This year belongs to us Biafrans because in the end all glory and honor will be yours and yours alone. Iseee!”
